Basketball is my Favorite Sport

Basketball Basketball Basketball.Grandma set her sights on the neighbor's basketball goal and sure enough it was in our yard no sooner than later! She knew that the children would love it and since our neighbor's weren't using it why not ask. Now, the children are out nearly everyday perfecting their b-ball skills. They were surprised to learn that grandma played basketball in high school! Mary Ladkin played guard for her school--St. Matthew. She was the original Spud Webb! The other teams didn't know what to expect from "take them to the basket" Mary. Grandma is now dedicated to showing her grandsons how the game is really played. Zaige loves his grandmother's competitive spirit--sometimes!
